This policy explains what information we collect when you apply for A Return to Me and sign up for an Intro Circle on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We," "us," and "our" mean Freedom Spas, LLC, the team behind A Return to Me.

What we collect

What you give us. When you apply, we ask for your full name, email address, phone number, the season of life you are in, your age range, what you are looking for in a retreat and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about Eva.

What we collect automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect your browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the link that brought you here. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To review your application, register you for your Intro Circle and send you the link and reminders
• To follow up after the circle with details about the retreat
• To understand who our circles are reaching. We look at age range as a group, not person by person
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising
• To answer questions you send us

Zoom

Intro Circles are held on Zoom. When you register, your name and email address are shared with Zoom so you can attend. Zoom's own privacy statement applies to how they handle that information.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with the service providers who help us run the circles and this site. These include Zoom, Google (where applications are stored), our email platform, our website host, and our analytics and advertising partners. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Advertising and cookies

We use tools such as the Meta Pixel to understand how people find this site and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools use cookies. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Email and phone

We will email you about your Intro Circle and the retreat. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We use your phone number only to contact you about your application.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to hold the circle, follow up with you, and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we protect it

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Who this site is for

This site is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
