A note from Eva

Before you read another word, hear it from her.

Eva recorded this herself, on her phone, the way she'd talk to you across a table. Four days on the south shore of Kauai. An intimate circle of women. One honest question at the center of it: what do you actually want this next chapter to look like?

You are not here to be fixed. You are here to decide.

Your retreat experience

Where you've been. Where you are. Where you're going.

Arrive Friday. Closing experience Monday morning. In between, a rhythm designed to slow you down enough to hear yourself clearly, then build the momentum to act on it.

  1. FridayDay one

    Arrive & exhale.

From the moment you arrive in Kauai, the invitation is simple: slow down, settle in, and return to yourself.

We'll begin with a welcoming gathering, time to connect with the women you'll share this experience with, and dinner together in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This first evening isn't about doing. It's about arriving.

  2. SaturdayDay two

    Remember.

We'll come together for our morning ritual of guided meditation and journaling, followed by breakfast and our morning session.

From there, we'll begin looking back—not to stay in the past, but to recognize what it has given you.

Through guided experiences, reflection, and conversation, you'll rediscover the wisdom you've earned, the strength you've built, and the extraordinary capacity for love you've carried throughout your life.

After lunch, there will be plenty of time to rest, explore, walk the beach, or simply enjoy being. Gentle movement will be woven into our time together, offering opportunities to reconnect with your body and reset between sessions.

In the afternoon, we'll experience Ho'oponopono, the traditional Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation, guided by a local practitioner deeply connected to this tradition.

Because sometimes returning to yourself means deciding what you're ready to carry forward—and what you're finally ready to release.

We'll end the day with dinner and a gratitude circle, allowing us to reflect on what we've experienced, the people who contributed to it, and our own role in creating it.

  3. SundayDay three

    Return.

We'll come together for our morning ritual, followed by breakfast, before turning our attention to the woman you are today.

What matters to you now? What do you need? What have you outgrown? What do you desire? And how do you want to live this next chapter of your life?

Together, we'll explore your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and reconnect with what you need to feel fully supported in your life today.

After lunch and time to rest, move, explore, or walk the beach, we'll begin looking forward—discovering what is truly non-negotiable for you and creating an internal compass to guide the choices, relationships, and experiences you want to create next.

We'll gather for our closing dinner and end our final evening together in gratitude.

  4. MondayDay four

    Rise.

    One final morning together.

We'll come together for our morning ritual, followed by a closing experience designed to bring everything you've discovered over the weekend home with you.

You'll leave more connected to the woman you truly are—and clearer about how you want to live the chapter ahead.

The method

The Four-Body Method™

Eva's approach is simple and grounded. You are not one thing. You have a spiritual body, a mental body, a physical body, and an emotional body, and when one is neglected the others carry the weight. The retreat tends to all four as one path to alignment, through practices you can actually keep.

I

Spiritual

Meditation and stillness. Time with your own inner knowing, and the relationship you have with something larger than yourself.

II

Mental

Journaling and guided reflection. Clear thinking about the questions you've been too busy to sit with.

III

Physical

Gentle movement. Real rest. Breakfast together and ocean air. Your body sets the pace for everything else.

IV

Emotional

Circle conversation with women who get it. Being heard, without having to hold it together for anyone.

No mysticism required. Meditation, journaling, movement, and circles. Simple practices, done with intention, in a place that makes them easy.

Where you'll stay

Koloa Landing Resort, Poipu. The south shore of Kauai.

One of Hawaii's most beautiful resorts. Lagoon pools threaded through tropical gardens, ocean views, and the kind of quiet that lets real thinking happen.

Your own room and bathroom, always.

Privacy is part of the design. A door you can close, a bed that is yours, a quiet morning before the circle.

Come with a friend or family member.

Share a two-bedroom casita and still keep your own space. Two rooms, two bathrooms, one living room for the late conversations.

Meals together. Ocean air. Time.

A welcoming dinner, breakfasts together each morning, and long afternoons at one of Hawaii's most beautiful resorts.

Why women trust Eva

Twenty years in corporate America. One night in an airport. A life's work since.

One night in 2009, Eva sat in the Las Vegas airport having just missed her son's first-grade talent show. Twenty years into a corporate career, that was the moment she decided to change her life.

She went back to school, studied spiritual psychology, and opened her practice at 40. Almost two decades later, this is her life's work: helping women get honest about what they want, and then go and build it.

Eva is a spiritual counselor and keynote speaker. She works one-on-one, in circles, and on retreat. Her clients stay for years, and her practice has been built entirely on referrals.

In their words

What women say after working with Eva.

There is no comparison between the work I've done with Eva and the bevy of therapists that only helped me Band-Aid what was bubbling under the surface in my life, mind and heart. I'm grateful to Eva beyond measure.
Megan, Arizona
I would tell others to take this class to build a relationship with themselves and Source in order to create the best relationships with others in their lives.

Eva's professionalism and expertise in this field created a safe space for vulnerability and perfectly highlighted the importance of prioritizing self-love… We will absolutely be having her back at our next event!

Questions

The things women ask before they apply.

Is this therapy?

This retreat is a deeply personal, guided experience led by spiritual counselor Eva Maurice. For nearly two decades, Eva has worked one-on-one with clients through life transitions, relationships, personal challenges, self-discovery, and meaningful transformation.

While this is not clinical therapy—Eva does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication—the work can be profound. You'll be supported as you reflect on where you've been, reconnect with who you are today, and explore what you truly want for the chapter ahead.

And yes, you'll also have time to rest, laugh, connect, walk the beach, and enjoy being in Hawaii.

This is not simply a wellness vacation. It's an opportunity to step away from your everyday life long enough to hear yourself again.

What happens after I apply?

You choose a time for your Intro Circle, a group conversation with Eva on Zoom. After that comes a personal one-on-one with Eva, questions both ways, so you both get a feel for whether this retreat is the right room for you right now. Then you book.

Is the Intro Circle a sales call?

It's a fit conversation. The Intro Circle is an intimate group conversation on Zoom, and the one-on-one that follows is how both of you find out whether this is the right room for you right now. If it's not right, Eva will tell you.

Do I need to have it all figured out?

No. That's what the four days are for. You don't need a plan, a crisis, or a reason anyone else would approve of. You need to be ready to get honest with yourself.

Can I come with a friend?

Yes. Koloa Landing has two-bedroom casitas, so you can share a home with a friend or family member and still have your own room and bathroom.
